Puppy Yoga Session
Join one of our puppy yoga sessions!

Our 1-hour puppy yoga sessions consist of:

- 20 minutes of pure yoga with a coach

- 35 minutes of yoga surrounded by lovely puppies

- 5 minutes of relaxation and meditation

This is the perfect combo to release stress!

While the puppies are in the room, the yoga instructor will continue the yoga lesson. It's your choice whether you prefer to continue practicing yoga or stop to cuddle and play with the puppies. Do what benefits your well-being the most!
